It is located in the heart of the Jumeirah Beach Resort. This is one of those projects that has a little bit of everything, i.e., action, drama, suspense, and a happily ever after at the end of the day. We have worked on this project for nearly two years, and it is finally a reality.
We started with a diluted specification in which we had to create an entire mall specification from scratch, and convincing the stakeholders took another 6 months and hundreds of samples and submittals to be presented before the project was completed successfully. Finally, we've been able to complete this project while also exceeding the expectations of the client in terms of brand, quality, and budget. I must say that the effects and outcomes of this project will be remembered for generations to come.
